The registration fee covers participation in all scientific sessions,  morning and afternoon coffee/tea and the Programme and Abstract Book.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:   Both exhibitors and participants register online on the form above. We encourage all to pay with creditcard.  Choose the correct Class/Category) option in line 1. Further details are explained in the web registration.  

Hotel accommodation: Participants make their hotel room reservation during registration. The payment of your accommodation (and other hotel costs during your stay) is to be paid to the hotel upon departure. Hotel costs above include breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you arrange your own over-night accommodation outside the conference hotel, non residents may join the conference meals and pay for this separately on agreament with the hotel. The tentative prices are the following in NOK: xxx (breakfast)+ yyy (lunch) + zzz (dinner).

Cancellations and refunds: Cancellation of participation must be done by mail to yngvar.thomassen@stami.no with copy to post@envirochem.no before February 10, 2025. For cancellations before February 10, 2025 NECS will refund the paid conference fee minus a 10% handling charge, while cancellations after February 10, 2025 will not be refunded. To process any refunds we kindly ask you to register your bank account number (Norwegian bank-account for national and IBAN for international participants) in the Web registration form. Our conference Web registration system complies with EU-GDPR for safe storage of personal information such as bank-ID-information.
